Processing Time:

• Custom or made-to-order items may take 5-10 business days for processing.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹X (if applicable).

• Standard shipping rates apply for orders below ₹X.

• International shipping charges vary based on location.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Domestic Orders (India): 4-7 business days after dispatch.

• International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on customs clearance.

Courier Partners:
We use reputed courier services like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, etc.

Tracking Information:
Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Customs & Import Duties:
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by their country.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 7-14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewellery.

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Return Process:

1. Contact our Customer Support via email or phone within the return window.

2. We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

• If paid via UPI, credit/debit card, or wallet, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are possible for size issues or defects (if applicable).

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
